As individuals our ability to understand, and then apply,
leadership core practices is the key to positioning ourselves, our people and
organizations for the next significant leap in growth and productivity.
Companies have to rely on the abilities of people to take the time to plan,
organize, communicate, execute and control so many activities each and every
day, just to keep pace with the demands of the workplace. Unfortunately we
often overlook the critical knowledge that makes or breaks many of today's
formal and informal organizational leaders.
Learning Curve understands that developing an organization is more about
creating an environment that supports and nurtures the individual as they gain
skills and knowledge and then begin to use their expertise for the benefit of
the company, the organization, other employees and finally for themselves.
As your development partner, we take pride in our ability to present knowledge,
techniques, tools in a "learning laboratory" environment allowing your
employees to "try on" their new capabilities before having to integrate them
into their daily routines.
Our Organizational Development and Leadership Programs are best suited to
organizations who are ready and dedicated to making that significant leap in
how their employees contribute to the overall success of an organization. Your
employees want to be involved in your success, our programs show you, and them,
how to do just that - every day!
Organizational Development and Leadership Initiatives Courses
Developing and Supporting Leaders at Every
Level
![]()
Our leadership programs help your people master and apply "best practices" in
every situation regardless of their role or responsibilities within the
organization. Each participant in these programs will understand how they can
contribute to their success, and that of their group, and the organization -
right up to the entire company as a whole, simply by "acting as a leader" in
every activity in which they are involved. (2 days)
Facilitation Skills for Project Managers
![]()
Our program is based on two critical components: Practice and Feedback (three
if you count repetition). Every module in the program is capped by a "workshop"
component where participants get to try the skill and get feedback from their
peers and our instructor. During the course, they will work in small and large
groups, group discussions and role-play simulations to gain some experience in
group dynamics. At each "practice" section, each facilitator will receive
feedback as part of the exercise. Each participant will also plan an upcoming
facilitation opportunity in their organization. (2 days)
Making a Difference (Using Effective Management Skills)

The best sales people don't always make the best sales managers. The best
project team members don't always become the best project managers. Top
production technicians usually don't become the best production managers. Yet
we continue to promote them with high expectations and often disappointing
results. Why is this such a common occurrence? (2 days)
